Your satisfaction is our priority. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Be aware that we may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment and avoid delays.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how we can help:
1. Return Window
Due to the nature of our store, any claims for misprinted/ damaged/ defective items must be submitted within 21 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
2. Conditions
If the product arrives damaged or with any issues on our part, then we will cover the expenses;
Exchange or return without any defects, returned item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact;
If you have ordered an items and require a different size then you will have to place a new order and cover all costs of the product and its delivery.
3. Return Process

In the email Include your order number, price with which you purchased your product, SKU and/or details of the item which you are returning, name of the product and size

Describe the reason for the return of your purchased item

Add pictures to the email, best in jpg format

Add your correct returns address details
4. Wrong Address
If you provide us with an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
5. Refunds
You hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping without us issuing a refund.
Please note that we do not accept returns of specific items, such as:
- items returned over 30 days from your purchase date
- items you’ve opened or unsealed, other than where necessary to inspect
- items without the original packaging or labels
- items or packaging in poor condition
- items that contain your personal data or have been registered with the manufacturer
- products made or cut to your own specifications
- products that have been personalised for you
- opened gift cards
- products that can’t be returned for hygiene reasons:

face mask
-
bedding, mattresses (unless indicated in a supplier promotion)

lingerie briefs, underwear and stick-on bras
-
swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
but not limited to the mantioned products, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
If you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund or exchange, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.
6. Exchanges
Returns for products, as well as size exchanges, are to be offered at your expense, which means, if you choose to return or exchange the size of your purchased product then you would need to place a new order at your expense and makes sure that product in another correct size.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability which means if the item you’ve purchased is out of stock then we will offer you an alternative product.
7. Returns to specific locations and areas
Notification for EU consumers:
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised;

Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
Therefore COMPOSURE reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion. This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Notification for Brazil consumers:
Please note that if you are a customer residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase then you must contact our Customer Service and express your will to return the item within 5 working days (consecutive days) after receiving it and provide a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partially damaged. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
